As a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Nicole brings years of experience helping both adults and children navigate emotional and mental health challenges. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and grief. Nicole is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. She uses evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals. As both a clinician and business owner, Nicole is dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care that empowers individuals to achieve lasting change and live more fulfilling lives.

Leslie Gill, LMSW-S, LICSW, PIP
Leslie Gill is a newly licensed clinical social worker who brings a fresh, compassionate perspective to the A Better You team. Leslie is passionate about supporting clients through life’s challenges by helping them build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve overall emotional well-being. She has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Leslie creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and move toward personal growth. Leslie provides evening and weekend appointments, making therapy more accessible for those with busy schedules. She is excited to grow alongside her clients and is honored to be part of their healing journeys.
Morgan Gray
Morgan is the Office Manager at A Better You Counseling Services, where she plays an essential role in supporting both clients and clinicians across the practice. She oversees daily office operations, assist with scheduling and intake coordination, help answer insurance and billing questions, and provide administrative support to the clinical team. As one of the first points of contact at ABY, Morgan is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every client. Morgan takes pride in supporting ABY’s mission of helping individuals and families move toward healing, growth, and becoming a better version of themselves.
